This program is dedicated to PWA's to ensure they have culturally competent case manangement services and supplies.

Services Include:

  • Case Mangement
  • Provision of links to HIV/AIDS Community Resources and Services
  • HIV/AIDS Advocacy
  • Individual Level Intervention and Mental Health Counseling
  • SCHAC C.A.R.E.S. Support Group (General and Women Only)
  • Group Level Intervention
    • V.O.I.C.E.S.
    • Many Men, Many Voices
    • Safety Counts
